Warranty repair request
If you need to return your pump to our factory for a warranty repair.
Procedure
If your pump is still under warranty, please contact the distributor through which you purchased your equipment. Your distributor handles the warranty, and will process all the paperwork. Technical support can assist you in determining if the pump is still under warranty and if needed confirm where it was purchased.
Please do not send in a pump without an RMA number or your unit may be returned to you or require a decontamination and processing fee. Units sent in without an RMA may also be severely delayed.
