KDS legacy - power failure

This applies to a KDS 100 series, 200 series or KDS 410 pump that is flashing ‘Power fail’ on the the screen

'Power failed' is not an error message - it is a warning that power was interrupted (in this case, by you flipping the power switch). It is intended for use in long, unattended infusions. If the pump loses

power momentarily, when the power is restored, it will continue infusing, but it will give that warning.

To turn that option off, press the 'Select' button twice to get to the menu, then use the arrow keys to navigate to the 'PwrUp' option and select that. then use the arrow keys to switch it to 'off'
