Calibrating a Syringe pump

The pump is showing the ‘Calibration due’ alert on the screen

The procedure:

Syringe pumps don't require a calibration per se, but because the mechanical parts can wear out, we recommend a 'calibration verification' annually, to make sure that the pumps are still within specification.

You can either do a quick test, using the attached procedure, or you can send the pumps in to us for a NIST traceable calibration verification. We charge for that service, for more information about that service please see this article.

Resetting the Calibration Alarm

Enter the set-up screen by pressing the wrench icon

Then choose the Pump Info selection

Press the Calibration Reset to reset the calibration date (one year from current date)

Accept changes made by pressing the ENTR button
